Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We appreciate your patience.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
International Shipping

For orders shipped outside of the country, please allow 15–20 business days for delivery after dispatch. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

Incorrect Shipping Address
