Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not have been purchased during a sale, promotion, or discount event (see "Sale Items" section below)

To start a return, contact us at support@defyante.com. Please note that returns must be sent to an address that will be provided to you via email.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale Items — All Sales Are Final

Items purchased during a sale, promotional event, or at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. This includes items purchased with discount codes, during seasonal sales, clearance events, or any other promotional pricing. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Gift cards are also non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note: even for sale items, we will address genuine manufacturing defects or shipping errors.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned regardless of purchase price, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or discounted items (all sales are final)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are not available for sale items.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition received — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging — and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
